# How to Remove an Enterprise Domain from Cloudflare: A Step-by-Step Guide

Deleting an enterprise domain in Cloudflare can be a necessary step for various reasons, such as migrating to a different service or restructuring your web presence. **Step 1:** Login to Cloudflare account with super administrator or administrator privilege and click on the zone you want to remove. Under the overview page > on the right hand side click on the change button as shown in the screenshot below.

**Step 2:** To delete an enterprise domain you need to downgrade this to free and only then you will find the option to remove the domain from Cloudflare.

In the overlay window, select the free plan and click on the confirm button as shown in the below screenshot.

**Step 3:** Come back to the overview page and you should see an option to "Remove from Cloudflare" option and you can delete the zone from your Cloudflare account.
